Weather Update for 7/15/2023 – Schedule Change
RACES CANCELLED FOR 7/15/2023: The Pap’s Dream has been rescheduled to Saturday, 7/29/2023. We are making up Mid-Season Championships tomorrow night 7/16/2023. This is due to us having no choice but to call today’s event. We can see the forecast and can see the rain is supposed to be gone by 4 PM. However, the problem we have is the track and the creek that runs behind the backstretch is flooded. Which means we will not be able to keep the track dry enough to race on. Yes, we agree, major bummer and one we really were hoping to avoid today.
After a lot of discussion, and learning the hard way, Sunday’s are just not good days to run big events. Which is why we moved Paps Dream to the next available Saturday. However, Eddie knows how badly everyone wants to race so we will be racing tomorrow, it will be a non-points night.
